Ms. Liu received a BA in Sociology with Social Work from the University of British Columbia and a certificate in Marketing Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Ms. Liu is a native of Hong Kong and grew up in Canada. She is currently obtaining her professional company secretariat licence from the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Secretaries.
